Prayer flick the auto attacks
Cerberus auto-attacks rotate Magic → Ranged → Melee in a fixed pattern. Flick the correct protection prayer for each attack to take 0 damage. Misses cost ~25.
Handle the summoning souls (50% HP)
At 50% HP Cerberus spawns 3 souls (one of each combat style). Each takes ~3 hits with whatever style matches its protection prayer. Tank them under the right prayer or kill them quickly.
Avoid the lava pools
Cerberus spawns 3 lava pools at 200 HP. Walk out of the active one — they deal ~15 per tick.
