Wear a Zarosian item to pass Blood Reavers
Buy the full Ancient ceremonial set (cheap on GE) and wear it to enter — you can swap gear inside before the fight starts.
Smoke phase: don't walk through smoke clouds
Smoke phase fills the arena with drifting clouds. Walking through one inflicts 50+ poison ticks. Stay still and let them pass.
Shadow phase: stand in lit areas only
Dark shadows appear under your character. Standing in shadow drains 20% of your max HP per game tick. Hug the lit corridor walls.
Blood phase: don't attack Nex — she heals from hits
During Blood phase Nex heals from damage you deal to her. She spawns Blood Reavers — attack them instead until the phase ends.
Ice phase: pray Magic, move away from Ice Fiends
Ice phase attacks are magic-based and can freeze you. Keep Protect from Magic up and ignore Ice Fiends where possible.
