- Constant prayer-switching across 69 wavesThe Inferno is 69 waves requiring constant switches between Protect from Magic and Protect from Missiles (and melee for certain spawns). Prayer flicking is near-mandatory — you will drain prayer if you hold a single prayer all fight.
- Stand in Zuk's moving shield shadow — alwaysDuring the Zuk encounter, a giant shield slides back and forth. You must stand in its shadow at all times — any tile outside takes 70+ damage per tick. JalMej-Rak healers emerge from pillars when the shield passes.
